Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) to the Central Board of Secondary Education Delhi.

Note :
1 Candidates securing 60% and above marks will be considered as CTET qualified. School managements (Government, Local Bodies, Government aided and un-aided) may consider giving concessions to persons belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently abled persons etc., in accordance with their extant reservation policy.
2 The particulars of the candidate is as per the declaration in the Application Form of CTET – NOV 2012. The concerned appointing Authority may verify the same.

Who can exercise options? Candidates who have secured seats but not interested to join. Who have not secured seats so far. Who have not exercised the options so far. Who have secured a seat, reported and aspiring for a better option. Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their 1st Phase allotment. And any other eligible candidates.
NOTE: OPTIONS GIVEN IN THE 1ST PHASE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ALLOTMENT AND CANDIDATES HAVE TO EXERCISE OPTION AFRESH.
Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment. Candidates who have not attended for Certificate Verification earlier should get their Certificates verified from designated Help Line Centre in Andhra Pradesh on 02.08.2012 & 03.08.2012 (Reporting time: 09.00 A.M) and exercise their options.
