LIC AAO recruitment 2013: LIC has released notification for the posts of Assistant Administrative Officer. From Eligible and Interested candidates applications are invited from 5th March, 2013 to 1st April, 2013 for filling up 750 vacant posts.

Age Limit: Candidates minimum age shall be 21 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on 01-03- 2013. Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor/Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/ Institution with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate in either of the Degrees. If any University awards grades instead of marks, applicants should clearly mention the numerical equivalent of the grades in terms of aggregate marks.

Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay the application Fee for General  OBC candidates is Rs.500/- plus Bank Charges /Gateway Charges in case of Offline/Online Payment and Intimation Charges of `50/- inclusive of Bank Charges in case of offline payment only for SC/ST/PH Candidates through Offline or Online mode.
In Case of Offline Payment: In case of Offline Payment of Application Fee/Intimation Charges, the payment will be accepted from 2nd working day after the on-line registration and can be made within three working days thereafter at any branch of State Bank of India by cash only. System generated payment Challan will be used for depositing the amount.
In case of Online Payment: After completion of filling the online application the application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process. Payment can be made by using only Master/Visa Debit or Credit Cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. If the online transaction has been successfully completed, a Registration Number and Password will be generated which shall be preserved by the candidate for future reference

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the on-line test followed by a personal interview of short listed candidates and subsequent Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination.

How to Apply: Candidates can apply On-line through LIC’s website under “Careers”- http://www.licindia.in/careers.htm. from 05-03-2013 to 01-04-2013.

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature.
2. Log on to http://www.licindia.in/careers.htm website.
3. Click the relevant on-line application link.
4. After candidate clicks the relevant on-line application link titled “Online Application for LIC ADO’s Recruitment Exam 2012-13”.
5. Fill all the mandatory details in the form carefully and click on ‘Submit’ button to complete the online application process.
6. After submission of online application, candidate need to take printout of the system generated fee payment Challan.
7. Candidates need to pay the Application fee through offline mode or online mode as mentioned above.
8. And also take system generated print-out of the application on A-4 Size Paper and retain it for further use.

Staff Selection Commission recruitment 2013 for Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police(DP) and CAPFs / Assistant Sub-Inspectors in CISF and Intelligence Officer in NCB Notification

Staff Selection Commission will hold an All India Examination for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi
Police(DP) and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) , Assistant Sub-Inspectors in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Intelligence Officer in Narcotics Control Bureau(NCB) .

In Part I registration, candidate will have to fill basic information. On submission of details, candidate will be prompted to check the details and make correction, if any, in the application.

  1. Candidate may press “I agree” button after declaration once he/she finds that information supplied by him/her is in order and no correction is required. Thereafter no correction/modification shall be allowed.
  2. When “I agree” button is pressed, a page with Registration No. will be generated. Please note down registration number or take a print out of the page. The application is incomplete without part II registration. Part II registration contains filing procedure of payment details, uploading of photograph, and scanned signature.
  3. Candidates who can pay application fee online though SBI net banking or cash through SBI bank challan.
  4. To pay fee in cash, candidate should take printout of challan generated online after completion of part I registration. Deposit the requisite fee in any branch of State Bank of India and then continue with Part II registration.
  5. Those who want to pay online through net banking can go directly to part II registration after completion of part I. Candidate will have to supply registration number and date of birth to continue to Part II registration.
  6. Those who are exempted from payment of fee can skip steps 4 to 6.
  7. Then upload a recently taken scanned photograph in JPG format. The digital size of each file must be less that 12 kb and greater than 4 kb and resolution 100 pixel widths by 120 pixels height.
  8. Then upload your scanned signature in JPG format. The digital size of each file must be less that 12 kb and greater than 1 kb and resolution 140 pixel widths by 60 pixels height.
  9. An email will be sent to your email id informing you that the application has been successfully registered. Registration No, email confirming registration and proof of payment of application fee should be retained by you.
  10. Regional offices of the commission have been advised to place details of application numbers, Roll numbers and ticket number of candidates at least one week before the date of the examination. They will also provide the facility of downloading of Admission Certificate (Hall Ticket) from their website. If you do not receive the Admission Certificate within a month of the Examination and are unable to download the Admission Certificate from the Regional website concerned, you must contact the Regional office concerned.
  11. Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances. The Staff Selection Commission will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form.

The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Written Test and Group Discussion & Interview out of 100 for each category. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.

How To Apply:

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION:
Candidates will be required to register themselves online first through Bank’s website
www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in. After which candidates are required to pay the requisite
application fee through one of the following mode-
(i) Offline mode (the system will generate a cash voucher/ challan form pre-printed with the candidate’s
details which will be required to be presented at any State Bank of India branch counter with the
requisite fee. On payment of the requisite fee through computer generated challan form, registration of
the online application will be complete).
(ii) Online mode (the payment can be made by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking).
Pre-requisites for Applying Online
Candidates should have valid email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will help
him/her in getting call letter/interview advices etc. by email.
OPTION- I : PAYMENT OF FEE (OFFLINE):
i) Candidates should first scan their photograph and signature as detailed under guidelines for scanning
the photograph and signature.
ii) Candidates to visit Bank’s website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in and open the
appropriate Online Application Format, available in the ‘Recruitment link’.
iii) Fill the application carefully. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should submit the
data. In the event of candidate not able to fill the data in one go, he can save the data already entered.
When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the
system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the registration number and
password. They can re-open the saved data using registration number and password and edit the
particulars, if needed. This facility will be available for three times only. Once the application is filled in
completely, candidate should submit the data and take a printout of the system generated fee payment
challan immediately. No change/ edit will be allowed thereafter. The registration at this stage is
provisional.
iv) Fee Payment: Fee will be accepted from 2nd working day after registration and can be made within
three working days at any branch of State Bank of India. System generated fee payment challan will
be used for depositing fee. Once fee is paid, the registration process is completed.
v) Candidate will receive registration confirmation by SMS/e-mail after three working days from the date
of payment of fees. Please ensure to furnish correct Mobile number / email address to receive the
registration confirmation.
vi) Three days after fee payment, candidates will also have a provision to reprint the submitted application
containing fee details. The printout of the application form and fee receipt should be retained with the
candidate. It will have to be submitted at the time of interview, if called for.
OPTION- II: PAYMENT OF FEES : [ONLINE] :
I. FOLLOW STEPS i) to iii) GIVEN UNDER OPTION-I ABOVE.
No fee payment challan will be generated. Fee payment will have to be made online through payment
gateway available thereat.
II. After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, candidates are required to pay
fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, following the instructions available
on the screen. No change/edit will be allowed thereafter.

All Medical and Dental Colleges the approved of MCI and Dental Council of India.

The Medical Council of India with the approval of the Central Government notified the following amendments in the ‘Regulations on Graduate Medical Education 1997’ as published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary on 21st December, 2010 and 15st February, 2012. Also, the Dental Council of India with the approval of Central Government notified the following amendments to the ‘BDS Course Regulations, 2007’ as published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 31st May, 2012:
a. There shall be a single eligibility cum entrance examination namely ‘National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission to MBBS/BDS courses’ in each academic year.
b. In order to be eligible for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses for a particular academic year, it shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain minimum marks in ‘National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test’ held for the said academic year besides obtaining minimum prescribed marks at the qualifying examination.
c. The reservation of seats in medical/dental colleges for respective categories shall be as per applicable laws prevailing in States/Union Territories. An all India merit list as well as State-wise merit list of the eligible candidates shall be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test and candidates shall be admitted to MBBS/BDS courses from the said lists only.
d. No candidate who has failed to obtain the minimum eligibility marks as prescribed by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India shall be admitted to MBBS/BDS Courses in the said academic year.
e. All admissions to MBBS/BDS courses within the respective categories shall be based solely on marks obtained in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test.
f. The Central Board of Secondary Education shall be the organization to conduct National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.
ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS
9.1 Indian Nationals and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) are Eligible for appearing in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG)
9.2 Eligibility for All India Quota Seats
(i) He/She has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course and is an INDIAN NATIONAL.
(ii) The upper age limit for candidates seeking admission under 15% All India Quota Seats is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of the entrance examination. Further provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes. Candidate must born on or between
(a) 01.01.84 to 01.01.97 (SC/ST/OBC Category)
(b) 01.01.89 to 01.01.97 (Other Category)
9.3 Eligibility for State Quota Seats
(i) He/She has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course and is an INDIAN NATIONAL.
(ii ) Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are eligible for admission in Medical/Dental Colleges subject to rules and
regulations framed by the respective State Governments and the Government of India.
9.4 Candidates from Andhra Pradesh and J&K
(i) Students from the States of Andhra Pradesh and J&K are NOT ELIGIBLE for 15% all India quota seats as both these States had opted out of All India Scheme since its inception. If they claim eligibility, they must submit an affidavit, in original, as per proforma given in Appendix – II, on non-judicial Stamp Paper of Rs 10/- duly sworn in before and attested by a Metropolitan Magistrate/First Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that:-
a) They are not eligible to seek admission for MBBS/BDS seats in Medical/ Dental Colleges in the States of Andhra Pradesh and J&K.
b) They are not domiciled in Andhra Pradesh and J&K.
(ii) Students from the States of Andhra Pradesh and J&K are however eligible for 100% seats for MBBS/BDS
seats in Medical/ Dental Colleges in the States of Andhra Pradesh and J&K. (iii) Applications not accompanied with the required affidavits as per format given at Appendix – II or accompanied with incomplete, unattested or photocopy of the affidavit shall be summarily rejected without any further reference in the matter. The affidavits submitted by such candidates will be verified and if found to be false, the admission of all such candidates shall be cancelled and criminal proceedings may be initiated against them.Accordingly, the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi will be conducting the First National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in the session 2013-14 on Sunday, the 05th May, 2013. The responsibility of the CBSE is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and providing merit list to the Counselling Authorities.
2. SHORT TITLE
These rules will be called as National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) Rules.
3. DEFINITIONS
(i) “Government” means Government of India.
(ii) “State/UT Government” means Government of any State/UT which constitutes the Union of India.
(iii) “Ministry” means Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi.
(iv) “DGHS” means Directorate General of Health Services, New Delhi.
(v) “Board” means Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi
(vi) “Competitive Examination & NEET” means National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test-Under Graduate.
(vii) “Qualifying Examination” means Examinations on the result of which the candidate becomes eligible to apply for admission to the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test.
(viii) “Rules” means the rules specified by the Central Board of Secondary Education for the conduct of this examination under the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare as well as Medical Council of India.
(ix) “Scheduled Castes” means Scheduled Castes as specified and laid down by the Government of India or any of the States/UTs Government.
(x) “Scheduled Tribes” means Scheduled Tribes as specified and laid down by the Government of India or any of the States/UTs Government.
(xi) “Other Backward Classes” means Other Backward Classes as specified and laid down by the Government of India or any of the States/UTs Government.
(xii) “Physically Handicapped” means Physically Handicapped person as specified and laid down by the Government of India.
(xiii) “Council” means Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India.
(xiv) “Eligible Candidate” means a candidate who satisfies the requirement of eligibility as prescribed by Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India.

The NEET UG 2013 Entrance Examination shall consist 180 objective type questions in 180 minutes from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

How to apply
Candidates are required to go through the Information Bulletin carefully and acquaint themselves
1. Candidates can apply for NEET(UG) – 2013 only “Online”.
2. Information Bulletin can be downloaded from the website www.cbseneet.nic.in.
3. Online submission of Application Form may be made by accessing Board website www.cbseneet.nic.in.
Instructions for Online submission of Application Form are available in Information Bulletin and on the website
www.cbseneet.nic.in.
4. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin and on website. Candidates not
complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
5. Candidates must retain the following documents with them as reference for future correspondence.
(i)At least four printouts of the Confirmation Page of computer generated Application Form.
(ii) Original receipt issued by Post Office for having despatched the Application Form.
(iii) Proof of fee paid
(iv) 7-8 copies of identical Photograph as pasted on the confirmation Page of Online Application.
6. (a) Please ensure before mailing the print out of the Confirmation Page of online application form that :
(i) The applicant has signed the Form at specified place and affixed left hand thumb impression.
(ii) The application bears the signature of Parent/Guardian.
(iii) The application has been authenticated/signed by the Head of the Institution/Gazetted Officer.
(iv) The two similar good quality colour studio photographs with white background (taken on or after 01.11.2012)
have been duly pasted in the space earmarked for it. Further, ensure that application form number &
candidate name has been written on the back of both the photographs.
(v) The Confirmation Page of online application sent by Courier shall not be accepted.
(b) The fee can be remitted in the following ways:
(i) By Credit Card/Debit Card
(ii) Remittance through Challan by deposit in CBSE Bank Account with Canara Bank or Syndicate Bank or e-Post Office.
(c) Please arrange documents in the following order:

UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION Special Class Apprentices Recruitment in Mechanical Department of Indian Railways

An examination for selection of candidates for appointment as Special Class Apprentices in Mechanical Department of Indian Railways will be held by the Union Public Service Commission on 20th January,2013.

Qualification:
For admission to the examination a candidate–
(a) must have passed in the first or second division, the intermediate or an equivalent Examination of a University or Board approved by the Government of India with Mathematics and at least
one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination.
Graduates with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as their degree subjects may also apply.

The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility
conditions for admission to the examination. Their admission at all the stages of the
examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility
conditions.
Mere issue of admission certificate to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the Commission.
Verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents is taken up only  after the candidate has qualified for Interview/Personality Test.

Application Fee:Candidates (excepting female/SC/ST/PH candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one Hundred only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by Cash, or by using net
banking facility of SBI.
