ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:

OBC and General=45%

The students seeking admission in B.A. must have passed Intermediate Examination of U.P Board or equivalent examination recognized by Lucknow University.

Every candidate seeking admission in B.A shall be required to offer three subjects as provided for the scheme of examination ,the candidates shall have to choose two subjects in B.A. III from those studied in BA IInd
The students seeking admission in M.A. classses in Hindi must have passed B.A. from any University in India with the subject.

(2) English
(3) Sanskrit
(4) Sociology
(5) Economics
(6) Education
(7) Political Science
(8) Anthropology
(9) Ancient Indian History
(10) History and Culture of Asian People.

Groups of B.A. I and Combination of subjects available in each section.

Candidates should choose one subject from each group and the remaining one subject from either of the two groups:

Group A Group B
English Economics
Hindi Ancient Indian History
Archeology Sanskrit
Sociology Economics
Political Science Education
Anthropology History and Culture of Asian People

Note 1 The following subjects cannot be offered together:
(a) Ancient Indian History & Archeology and Asian Culture.
(b) English,Sanskrit and Hindi (Three literatures at a time)
(c) Economics and Political Science
Note 2: The above combination Compulsary Subject: Rashtra Gaurav
Note 3: The candidates shall not be entitled to the Bachelor’s Degree unless they pass this subject in any year of the B.A. Examination.
Note 4: No change of subject is permissible after one month of the admission of the student.
Documents to be submitted with the admission form
(1) Attested photocopy of the certificate of High School Examination or any equivalent examination
(2) Attested photocopy of the Intermediate Mark Sheet or of any equivalent
examination.
(3) Original Transfer Certificate
(4) Original Character Certificate
(5) Four Passport size photographs.
Note 1: Transfer and Character Certificate must be submitted within a month after the date of admission.
Note 2: Private students are required to submit the Provisional Certificate from the Center Superintendent along with the other documents.
Note 3: Students desiring reservation in admission must submit an attested photocopy of the Caste Certificate from the Tehsildar.
Note 4: The word reservation must be written on the first page of the Admission Form.
