“The Institute of Company Secretaries of India” (ICSI) is a Premier National Professional body established by Act of Parliament to develop and regulate the Profession of Company Secretaries. The Institute develops a cadre of highly competent Company Secretaries for ensuring corporate governance and effective management by registering Students with 10 + 2 and graduate qualifications for Foundation and Executive Programmes of Company Secretaryship course respectively with course contents in Law, Management, Accounting and Finance disciplines. ICSI imparts training in Company Secretaryship by Distance Learning enabling students to qualify as Company Secretaries.
